Afternoon Workshop Content

During this afternoon workshop we will take you (and any colleagues attending with you) through a ‘Measurement Planning’ exercise using a tried & tested process we use in our EMCdigital training.

It will be a highly interactive, participative workshop, with lots of opportunity for you to consider in-depth how you might measure, plan and improve what you do over the next academic year.

Why Attend The Afternoon Workshop?

Do you get the chance to properly plan, strategise and manage what you are doing and how you are using your time, budget and resources?

This is a golden opportunity for you to fully identify and consider your:

  • Audiences
  • Objectives
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Measurable Metrics

These are vitally important for the on-going improvement of your marketing, admissions and communications… and also relevant to fundraising, development, alumni relations, facilities letting etc. too.

At the end of the workshop you will leave with a ‘Measurement Plan’ you can immediately build-on and use in your School or College… leading to savings and improvements in your admissions enquiries and enrolments …and other aspects of your School or College’s communications.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The morning meeting and the optional afternoon workshop will be highly relevant to the following at your School or College:

  • Admissions Officers and Admissions Registrars
  • Marketing, Communications & PR Managers
  • Head Teachers and Principals
  • Heads of Department, Senior Management, Bursars, Governors/Trustees
  • Digital, Website & Social Media Managers
  • Development and Alumni Relations Managers

There will also be an optional afternoon workshop on ‘Measurement Planning’ – a highly interactive and practical workshop designed to help you review your strategy, activities and use of analytics.

Over the afternoon you will identify audiences, objectives, key targets, KPIs etc. to serve as the basis for your digital communications strategy, enabling you and your colleagues to considerably improve your admissions, marketing and communications over the next academic year.

NB: You (and your colleagues) can choose to attend in the morning or afternoon or the entire day. Individual and multiple bookings are very welcome. If you are unable to attend please let us know as we may be able to offer you a place at another meeting within reasonable distance instead.

[Please note: places are available to those working within Schools & Colleges – places are not available to suppliers providing services to the Education sector… if you are a consultant, agency, business or organisation interested in participating in EMCdigital events please don’t hesitate to contact us, sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are available.]
